Multan Museum stands as a guardian of over six millennia of human history. Located in the historic city of Multan, often called the “City of Saints”, the museum houses a remarkable collection that spans the Indus Valley civilization, the Gandhara period, Hindu and Buddhist eras, the Islamic conquest, and the rich Sufi traditions of South Punjab.
Our galleries showcase rare coins, manuscripts, pottery, textile fragments, and exquisite woodwork that tell the story of Multan as a crossroads of trade, faith, and culture. The museum also preserves personal relics of Sufi mystics and offers a vivid glimpse into the region’s artistic and architectural heritage.
